TSYS is moving the Primary Center from Suwanee to ViaWest on Saturday, January 23rd from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. MT.

When traffic is redirected to ViaWest, there will be a risk of client impacts. Merchants that connect to the platform via IP addresses instead of URLs will need to keep the ViaWest and Suwanee IP addresses on their systems for inbound and outbound communications or monitoring.

There will be intermittent processing issues during this event. Some in-flight authorizations will time-out during this event.
