Scheduled Maintenance: Network Maintenance in Richmond Data Center Effective April 15, 2026
Please be advised that Global Payments will be performing network maintenance in the Richmond Data Center on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 12:00 a.m. ET and is scheduled to end at 07:00 a.m. ET on the same day.
During the maintenance window we do expect minimal to no impact. Any affected applications will be routed away or redirected to one of our other datacenter locations. If you experience any issues, please follow the established escalation procedures.
