Please be advised Global Payments will be performing Portico version 3.52 release to the production cloud environment on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 4:00 a.m. ET and end at 7:00 a.m. ET the same day.
While support teams anticipate this maintenance to have no impact, it is possible that merchants may experience minimal service interruption for any associated Portico application or service on the URL. Brief timeouts for any inflight GSAP or GNAP merchant traffic that utilizes Portico, on the aforementioned URL, is possible during maintenance.
Systems will be monitored during this maintenance.
