Scheduled Maintenance: GSAP NA Production Platform maintenance Effective May 11, 2026
Please be advised regarding targeted GSAP-NA Platform maintenance to be conducted on Monday May 11th, 2026. Our change window begins at 5:30 a.m. ET and will conclude at approximately 8:00 a.m. ET that day.
Planned activities include deployment of software updates designed to support card association compliance initiatives. ● G2 Tools Internal Tracing, Transaction Data Store (TDS) and Customer Master File (CMF) for the NA region will be unavailable between 5:45 a.m. ET and approximately 8:00 a.m. ET. ● There will be no impact to transaction processing.
