Summary: Some GNAP merchants may experience intermittent timeouts or system errors when processing transactions from 16:12 to 17:08 EDT. The issue was external to GP and related to a U.S. internet provider, Cogent, which experienced an outage that impacted the connection of POS solutions to the host.

Actions Taken: Support teams were engaged in troubleshooting.

Résumé: Certains marchands GNAP peuvent rencontrer des délais d’attente intermittents ou des erreurs systématiques lors du traitement des transactions à partir de 16:12 à 17:08 HE. Le problème était externe à GP et lié à un fournisseur d'accès Internet des Etats Unis, Cogent, qui a subi une panne affectant la connexion des solutions de point de vente à l'hôte.

Action prise: Les équipes de support ont été engagées dans le dépannage.
