Effective April 9, 2026

Please be advised Global Payments will be performing certificate maintenance on Portico Robinhood data center, on Thursday, April 9th, 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 06:00 a.m. ET and end on Friday, April 10th, 2026 at 06:00 a.m. ET on the following day.

During this maintenance, the expiring Entrust G1 root certificate will be updated to a DigiCert (G2) certificate. The Entrust original G1 root certificate will expire April 12. Integrators who are not capable of supporting the new Digicert G2 certificate may not be able to connect after the change.

This means, those non-compliant integrators, it is possible that merchants may experience service interruption for any in-flight merchant traffic during the deployment for the below URLs.

Scheduled Maintenance : Portico Application Certificate Update
Effective April 2, 2026

Please be advised Global Payments will be performing certificate maintenance in Robinhood
data center on Thursday 2nd April 2026. This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. ET
and end on April 3rd, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. ET on the following day.
During this maintenance, the expiring Entrust G1 root certificate will be updated to a
DigiCert(G2) certificate. The Entrust original G1 root certificate will expire April 12. Integrators
who are not capable of supporting the new Digicert G2 certificate may not be able to connect
after the change. This means, those non-compliant integrators, it is possible that merchants
may experience service interruption for any in-flight merchant traffic during the deployment for
the below URLs.
